Ethics and Accountability

Ethics and Accountability are core tenants of Rite-Solutions’ culture. We understand the importance of having strong values complemented by a corporate and personal sense of responsibility. These are key attributes to gaining a customer’s trust and earning a quality reputation. Our commitment to ethics and accountability starts with our employees, is supported by our management structure, and is always focused on doing the right thing for our customers and ensuring we provide them the strongest value proposition.

At Rite-Solutions, we believe ethical behavior is a cornerstone of our company’s success.  We have a formal ethics program to enhance our employees’ awareness of our organizational values and guidelines.  This program is designed to provide employees a decision making framework for when they are faced with dilemmas in their professional work. We have recently implemented ethics training for all employees. The purpose of Ethics Training is to: communicate the Rite-Solutions’ Code of Ethics to all employees; provide a framework for employees and managers to reference when day-to-day challenges and dilemmas present themselves, and to continue to shape the corporate culture.  In all interactions employees must do the "Rite Thing."

Management Accountability – Our CEO (Jim Lavoie) and President (Joe Marino) are the recipients of several disabled-veteran sponsorship awards and hold the rest of the organization to the highest ethical standards as part of every employee’s citizenship responsibility.

Technical Accountability – Our COO (Karen Conti) is a certified Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Action (DAWIA) Professional and the recipient of the David Packard Award for Acquisition Reform. Our technical workforce includes 9 recipients of the prestigious Decibel Award and many DAWIA and CMMI certified individuals.

Financial Accountability – Our CFO (Molly Magee) is a Certified Defense Financial Management Professional and the recipient of the Association of Government Accountants Achievement of the Year Award.
