MIDDLETOWN, RI (June 28, 2023) — Rite-Solutions recently was named a Best Places to Work in Rhode Island at the annual awards banquet hosted by Providence Business News (PBN).
Rite-Solutions was among a dozen companies in the Large Employer category (150 – 499 employees) to receive the award. This is the second time that company has received the award.
Best Places to Work is a research-driven program offered by Best Companies Group (BCG) that examines company practices, policies, programs, and benefits. BCG surveys employers and their employees for input.
Companies are judged on progressive human resources policies and information collected through employee satisfaction surveys. Companies that meet BCG’s criteria are considered the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island.
